This ca. 2005, brick and limestone building, called the Gardeners Court Lodge, was designed by Robert Venturi of the Philadelphia architectural firm of Venturi, Scott Brown & Associates. This two-story structure with basement has five dormers on both the north and south sides, and these enclose windows which initiate on the facade walls and rise above the gabeled roof line. On the north side are four garage bays, and there are entrance bays at both the north-east and north-west sides of the building.
